As the co-founder of JHA Skincare & Aesthetics, Jen brings over 15 years of experience as a Master Aesthetician and a lifelong passion for helping clients achieve confident, healthy, radiant skin. Known for her expertise in age management and acne correction, Jen takes a results-driven yet compassionate approach that blends clinical excellence with a deeply personal touch.
Her philosophy is simple but powerful — that skincare should be both transformational and attainable, combining science, consistency, and self-care. This philosophy inspired her to create JHA Skincare, a cohesive line of anti-aging, barrier-repairing, and foundational products designed to help the skin look and perform at its best. Every product in the line reflects her belief that great skin isn’t about perfection — it’s about health, confidence, and daily rituals that make you feel like your best self.
Clients often describe Jen as equal parts expert and hype woman, known for her quick wit, humor, and genuine ability to make people feel seen, safe, and beautiful. Her deep connection to her clients, paired with her clinical skill and creative brand vision, has made her a standout in the aesthetics industry and a driving force behind JHA’s continued innovation.
In her spare time, Jen loves traveling, listening to music, and dominating word games (she’ll absolutely slay you in Words With Friends). She’s also the self-proclaimed Queen of ‘90s rap, often bringing that same fun, confident energy into the treatment room. Her two pups, Poppy and Piper, are her world — and the unofficial mascots of JHA
David Hoehne
Co-Founder & Director of Clinic Operations
As the co-founder of JHA Skincare & Aesthetics, David plays a pivotal role in the brand’s continued growth and success. Building JHA alongside his wife, Jen, David combines his background in regenerative medicine operations with a passion for innovation, technology, and service excellence. His unique expertise in human biologics and product development brings a scientific edge to JHA’s offerings, helping bridge the gap between aesthetics and advanced regenerative care.
Known for his humor, warmth, and quick wit, David is a natural when it comes to connecting with people. His ability to make clients feel welcome and appreciated has made him an indispensable part of JHA’s culture and client experience. Whether he’s greeting guests in the clinic or managing behind-the-scenes operations, his presence adds a personal, approachable energy that clients have come to love.
Beyond his leadership in clinic operations, David oversees website development, eCommerce, and order fulfillment, ensuring that every aspect of the JHA experience—from online browsing to in-clinic treatments—runs seamlessly. His attention to detail, operational mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement are key reasons JHA has become one of Utah’s most trusted aesthetics destinations.
Outside of work, David enjoys fitness, traveling, podcasts, and spending time with Jen and their two rambunctious pups, Piper and Poppy. He’s a devoted husband, dog dad, and lifelong learner who’s always seeking new ways to grow, laugh, and make a difference in the JHA community.
Ashley Mueller, FNP-C
Medical Director & Nurse Practitioner
Ashley Mueller is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in healthcare, bringing both clinical excellence and compassionate care to her role as Medical Director at JHA Skincare & Aesthetics. Her extensive background spans orthopedics, pain management, and regenerative medicine, giving her a holistic understanding of patient care and wellness.
Ashley specializes in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), helping patients restore balance, energy, and vitality through personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. She also performs cosmetic injections, including Botox®, dermal fillers, vitamin injections, and nutritional IV therapies, combining her medical expertise with a refined aesthetic eye to deliver natural, confidence-enhancing results.
Known for her thoroughness, warmth, and genuine care, Ashley ensures every patient feels heard, supported, and empowered in their wellness journey. Her dedication to blending advanced science with a human touch makes her an invaluable part of the JHA team.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with her family, always striving to live the healthy, balanced lifestyle she inspires in her patients.
